Honda Vietnam Company recruits 500 employees to work at Ha Nam Factory

Established in 1996, Honda Vietnam Company Ltd is a joint venture between Honda Motor Company Ltd (Japan), Asian Honda Motor Company Ltd (Thailand) and Vietnam Engine and Agricultural Machinery Corporation (VEAM) manufacturing 2 main products: motorcycles and cars. Nearly 30 years of presence in Vietnam, Honda Vietnam Co Ltd has been constantly developing and becoming one of the leading companies in the field of motorcycle manufacturing and a prestigious automobile manufacturer in the Vietnamese market.

RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS

1. Male – Age between 18 – 30 years old (Born 1993 to 2005)
2. Graduated from vocational school, high school or higher
3. Height from 1.52m, weight from 45 kg
4. Good health, no eye diseases
5. Yet an official employee at Honda Vietnam
6. Ready to accept term rotation at branches of the company

(Preference will be given to candidates with a motorbike license)

AVERAGE INCOME: approx 8,530,000 VND/month (including net salary, attendance allowance, shift allowance, bonus and other allowances, excluding overtime)

1. Getting support in registration of dormitory and 01 meal provided at the company
2. Periodic bonus according to the current regulations of the company
3. Sign a contract according to the job evaluation results, be entitled for social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance according to the provisions of law
4. Participate in the full welfare regime according to the company’s regulations (Travel, car installment purchase, smart savings, …)
5. Participate in advanced training courses
6. Occupational accident insurance, accident insurance (24/24)
7. Working conditions meet the standards of occupational safety

CURRICULUM VITAE

1. CV with attached photo stamped and certified by the local authority
2. Vocational and high school diploma (Notarized copy within 6 months). Graduation certificate for candidates graduating in 2022
3. Identity card (Notarized copy within 6 months)
4. Household registration book (Notarized copy within 6 months) or Certificate of residence information signed and stamped or electronic document with digital signature of the head  of the Residence registration office
5. Civil certificate from the ward/commune police with border stamp on the photo (if any), with the applicant’s signature
6. Birth Certificate (Notarized copy within 06 months)
7. Health certificate according to the form of the Ministry of Health (A3 size)
8. Driving license and other qualifications (Notarized copy within 06 months) (if any)
