Admission Office (AO)

FUNCTION

As a vital unit responsible for advising the Rector, the AO acts as the central hub, providing guidance, leadership, and coordination for the enrollment of all College departments. It also oversees external relations and manages information and propaganda efforts on behalf of the College.

MISSION

1. Admissions counseling

Develop and execute an annual enrollment plan for all programs of the College

– Proposing plans and measures to fulfill the enrollment target of the year.

– Implement the enrollment plans (communication and marketing to serve the enrollment of the College.

– Develop enrollment plans for all programs of the school (Prepare all conditions, facilities, personnel to serve the enrollment work) in accordance with the general situation each year).

Manage Issuance and acquisition of records of various types of programs, temporary storage and handover to relevant departments.

– Prepare relevant documents for enrollment, such as enrollment and admission notices.

– Cooperate with the training and  the financial planning department to receive admission documents.

– Lead the organization of the annual Admission Conference, which involves presenting a report on the enrollment results of the year, suggesting measures and plans for enrollment in the next year.) 

2. External Relations and Job Introduction. (Career Fair/ Career finder)

+ Coordinate with relevant units to contact, negotiate to expand cooperation with departments, branches, universities, academies, colleges; enterprises, industrial parks, etc. nationwide to sign agreements on cooperation in research, training, accepting students of the University for internships, exchanging experts in research and teaching, etc.

+ Directly contact businesses to link labor recruitment.

+ Directly develop the program of Conferences, Workshops on counseling and job introduction for students of the College.

3. Information and propaganda work

– Preside over the management and administration, organize the effective exploitation of the internal network system; Manage the Department’s website and update information on the school’s website.)

– Manage and organize the exploitation and use of the bulletin boards systems, billboards, signs, banners, slogans, leaflets, etc,. of the College

– Planning and organizing the implementation of PR activities (public relations), advertising the school’s brand on the mass media.

– Advise and propose to design and build the school’s brand identity system and organize the effective exploitation and use of that system.
