Faculty of Electronics – Refrigeration

I. Function:

Advising and assisting the Board of Directors: professionally managing, organizing teaching, scientific research, study and internship activities of the professions: Electrical – Electronics, Refrigeration according to the plan and general progress of the College.

II. Mission:

  1. Develop the curriculum content outline, organize the compilation of textbooks and teaching materials, and organize the learning of subjects from the professions managed by the Faculty. Completing the content of training programs, building and developing new professions.
  2. Develop plans, organize the implementation of training and retraining to improve professional qualifications for teachers and officials of the faculty. Fostering excellent teachers in the Faculty.
  3. Develop an annual work plan for teachers of the faculty according to regulations and urge teachers to implement.
  4. Plan and implement new investment as well as supplement materials and equipment for specialized classrooms, practice workshops; organize the management and effective use of teaching equipment in accordance with regulations of the College.
  5. Organize and contact production internship locations, graduation internships and graduate internship guidance for students in the department as planned.
  6. Organize enrollment and conduct short-term, long-term training courses, fostering and upgrading for workers in the professions of the faculty at the college or at the production facility.
  7. Organize and manage the learning and training of the faculty’s students during the school period as well as the production practice at the facility.
  8. Organize training for talented students of the Faculty.
  9. Implement the school’s emulation movements among faculty and students. Comment and recommend rewards and discipline during the semester and academic year.
  10. Manage teachers and staff in the Faculty according to the decentralization of the Principal. Evaluate and classify the Faculty’s Officials, Teachers, and Employees on an accurate monthly basis.
  11. To guide the making, manage the teaching schedule, inspect and urge the implementation of the teaching, education, class, scientific research and production plans assigned by the teachers in the faculty.
