I. TRAINING PROGRAMS

1. Professional Cooking Techniques

* Entry requirements: High school graduates or equivalent

* Scope of enrollment: Nationwide

* Admission methods: 

• Method 1: Examining the results of the national high school graduation exam.
• Method 2: Evaluating the average score of 12th grade.

* Admission dossier includes:

1. The original of application form for admission
2. 01 Set of personal profile with student’s photo certified by local authorities
3. 01 Notarized copy of high school diploma (or a provisional certificate of high school graduation for high school graduates in 2018) 
4. 01 Notarized copy of high school academic transcript
5. 04 3×4 photos
6. 01 copy of birth certificate and 01 copy of ID card
7. Union Book 
8. Proof of the candidate’s entitlement to admission priority (if any).

* Training duration:

• High school graduates: From 2 to 3 years.
• 2nd degree: 1.5 years.

II. INTERNATIONAL APPRENTICESHIP

– Japan: Hotel Management and Professional Cooking Techniques.

– Singapore and Bulgaria: Hotel Management.

– Taiwan: Professional Cooking Techniques.

III. STUDENT BENEFITS:

– 100% discount of dormitory fee for the first semester for students who register before 15th July 2018.

– 100% discount of tuition fees for students who come from an underprivileged background and yet have high academic achievements.

– Students can do their fieldwork or apprenticeship at domestic companies with monthly salary ranging from 4 million to 6 million VND and have the opportunity to participate in international apprenticeship programs with monthly salary ranging from 10 million to 15 million.

– Can be transferred to university with a training duration of approximately 1.5 years.

IV. SUBMISSION DEADLINES

• Phase 1: From 2nd July to 25th July 2018.
  
• Phase 2: From 1st August to 30th September 2018.
