The College of Science and Technology informs all staff, lecturers and students about the holiday schedule for Hung Kings’ Anniversary (i.e., 10th March (Lunar Calendar)), Southern Liberation Day (i.e., 30th April), and International Workers’ Day (i.e., 1st May) in 2023 as follows:

Holiday schedule for Hung Kings’ Anniversary (i.e., 10th March (Lunar Calendar)), Southern Liberation Day (i.e., 30th April), and International Workers’ Day (i.e., 1st May) in 2023
Pursuant to prevailing regimes and policies of the State, the College’s Labor Regulations, the actual situation and the training plan for the academic year 2022-2023, the College of Science and Technology informs all staff, lecturers and students about the holiday schedule for Hung Kings’ Anniversary (i.e., 10th March (Lunar Calendar)), Southern Liberation Day (i.e., 30th April), and International Workers’ Day (i.e., 1st May) in 2023 as follows:
- Hung Kings’ Anniversary (i.e., 10th March (Lunar Calendar)): All staff, lecturers and students have two (02) days off: Saturday, 29th April 2023 (or 10th March (Lunar Calendar)) and a compensatory day on Wednesday, 3rd May 2023.
- Southern Liberation Day (i.e., 30th April) and International Workers’ Day (i.e., 1st May):
- All staff, lecturers and students are entitled to three (03) consecutive days off from Sunday, 30th April 2023 to the end of Tuesday, 2nd May 2023.
- On Thursday, 4th May 2023, all staff, lecturers and students shall return to school to work, teach and study as usual.
- During the holiday, it is necessary that all staff, lecturers and students ensure security, order, traffic safety, school rules, property management as well as fire and explosion prevention.
Upon receiving this announcement, Heads of functional departments, staff, lecturers and students are required to fully implement it.
