Implementing the progress of training courses, in June 2020, the College of Science and Technology coordinated with businesses to offer internships for students.
To achieve the training goals associated with the actual needs of employers and ensure that graduates have jobs upon graduation. In recent years, the College of Science and Technology has cooperated with many reputable businesses in the fields and professions training at the College to create an environment for students to practice and introduce jobs to students after graduation. Typical among them is MECONS Electromechanical and Construction One Member Liability Limited Company.
In June 2020, the College cooperated with MECONS Electromechanical and Construction One Member LLC to complete procedures for students of Term 11 majoring in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, participating in internships at the Company.
The companies and businesses that have received interns of the College of Science and Technology in recent years have been very satisfied with the generations of students with well-trained skill and craftsmanship. Many students after the internship achieved excellent results and were invited by the businesses to stay and work after graduation.
Internship and industrial attachment is always an indispensable program in the training plan of the College of Science and Technology. Students selected by the College and the companies to participate in the internship are supported by the businesses: fully equipped with labor protection, company uniforms; additional training on occupational safety; ensure production safety issues during the internship and arrange convenient accommodation. In addition, students are also supported by the businesses with a salary equivalent to that of a probationary worker at the company.
After completing the internship, graduates will be prioritized for recruitment, skip the probationary process at the respective businesses.
