  • Application form for admission (according to the College’s template form)
  • A notarized copy of high school academic transcript
  • A notarized copy of high school diploma or the original of a provisional certificate of high school graduation
  • A copy of birth certificate
  • A notarized copy of ID card
  • 02 4×6 photos (taken in the last 6 months)

  • Sending the admission dossier by post to the following address: Arts and Culture Area, Ho Tung Mau Street, Mai Dich Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi; or
  • Applying directly at the College of Science and Technology’s Admissions Office at the address above.
